What Distinguishes Our Approach
We are a small advisory practice that treats each engagement as its own — not as a template to be applied.
Sector-Specific Knowledge
Our consultants carry direct familiarity with the regulatory, cultural, and operational landscape of Malaysian religious education, halal commerce, and waqf institutions.
Respectful Engagement
Advisory work within mission-driven or faith-based organizations requires a different register. We bring sensitivity to institutional culture alongside practical perspective.
Documented Findings
Each engagement concludes with a written document — a considered summary of observations and recommendations that the organization can return to over time.
Structured Timelines
Our engagements run eight to twelve weeks, with clear milestones, so organizations can plan around the process without disruption to ongoing operations.
Confidential Process
All engagements are conducted under full confidentiality. Internal conversations, findings, and documents remain with the organization and are never shared externally.
Kuala Lumpur–Based
Operating from central Kuala Lumpur, we engage in person with organizations across the Klang Valley and accept remote engagements for clients in other regions of Malaysia.
Is This the Right Moment for Your Organization?
If you are considering external advisory support, we are glad to discuss your situation without obligation. An initial conversation costs nothing and carries no commitment on either side.
Frequently Asked
What kinds of organizations do you typically work with?
We work with established Malaysian organizations — those that have been operating for some years and are looking for an external perspective on how to develop more sustainably. This includes Islamic educational institutions, halal-sector businesses, waqf bodies, and charitable foundations. We are not suited for early-stage ventures seeking investment or growth acceleration.
How does an engagement typically begin?
We begin with a brief preliminary conversation — in person at our Kuala Lumpur office or over a call — to understand your organization's situation and determine whether an engagement would be appropriate. If both parties feel comfortable proceeding, we agree on a scope and timeline before any formal work begins.
How long does an engagement take?
Most engagements run between eight and twelve weeks, depending on the service type and the complexity of the organization. The Religious Education Sector Advisory typically spans nine to twelve weeks; Halal Industry and Foundation engagements generally run eight to ten weeks. We set a clear timeline at the start and keep to it.
What are your fees and how is payment structured?
Our engagement fees are MYR 1,890 for Religious Education Advisory, MYR 2,470 for Halal Industry Consultation, and MYR 460 for Charitable Foundation Counsel. Payment is typically arranged in two stages — at the commencement and conclusion of the engagement. We are open to discussing payment arrangements for charitable institutions.
Is our organization's information kept confidential?
Yes, entirely. We do not share client information, findings, or documents with any third party. All engagement materials remain with your organization. We are glad to sign a formal non-disclosure agreement before the engagement begins if that is preferred.
Do you work with organizations outside Kuala Lumpur?
We are based in Kuala Lumpur and conduct most of our in-person work within the Klang Valley. For organizations in other parts of Malaysia, we can conduct engagements with a combination of remote sessions and, where useful, one or two visits. We discuss the appropriate working arrangement during the preliminary conversation.
