Back to HomeOur Engagement Methodology
Preliminary Conversation
We meet — in person or by call — to understand your organization's situation and discuss whether an engagement is suited to what you need. No cost, no commitment at this stage.
Scope and Agreement
We document the agreed scope, timeline, outputs, fee, and confidentiality terms in writing before any work begins. Both parties sign. The scope does not change without mutual discussion.
Engagement and Delivery
We conduct the engagement — operational review, stakeholder conversations, analysis — within the agreed period and deliver a written findings document at the conclusion.
